What I got was just the pattern - not the kit. I couldn't afford the kit either, but the pattern I got for around $17, if I recall correctly.

Love this one. I do have her Wedding Star pattern. I applique the curves to a pieced background though.

I bought this pattern from Judy N and made it for my son and wife for their wedding in 2006. They absolutely LOVE it. I used the colors that she liked. It went together really easy, and I would do it again, if I had another wedding in the family. The rings were paper-pieced onto the rings of the pattern.
