I can resist everything in the world but temptation.

Chew on THAT for a while, so I can run down to my LQS for some
thread I need, and of course I'll just pass by the fabric and look at it. May have to touch it to make sure the pattern goes all around it. May have to buy...no, not me. Never. Well, maybe just a yard or two. Unless it's on sale. Or unless I have a 40% off coupon.

I can agree with that! ;)

At a recent holiday lunch with my charity sewing group, I was made to repeat 5 times "I will use up a bag of scraps before working on anything else for this group".

Can't make that resolution, because if I find great buys I will stock up for the future. Fabric will always go up in price... and I hopefully have many, many years of quilting left in me :D:D:D

My resolution is to use at least one piece of fabric from my stash in each quilt I make.

Last year my resolution was to finish all my ufos, that didn't work out so good. So I am going along with MadQuilter.

If I had one third as much fabric as you do, I WOULD make that resolution, but as of now, my whole stash fits in maybe one big tub along with the scraps and FQs. I want to participate in the mystery quilt here and I didn't have enough yardage of certain colors to make a full size quilt. G figure, I NEEDED (never mind wanted) to buy some fabric:)!!!!
