i do not want to buy another book,i have too many now,that i will never get to..lol

is there free patterns on line that you've found and think they would work up ok, for someone that has never done a mini?

i don't do any hand sewing,so applique is out.

another question, do you still use a 1/4" seam allowance on mini's?

I still use a 1/4" seam allowance on the doll quilts :D:D:D
If you go to the virtual section, there are many links on mini/doll quilts :D:D:D

Hey Kim, did I inspire you with my 'show n tell'. I mailed my doll quilt out and she really liked it. I'll post pictures tomorrow. There are all kinds of free patterns out there for the minis. I found that the only thing different I do is to press my seams open instead of to one side. I still do 1/4" seams. I hope you have a great time doing one. Glad to hear Gizmo is doing so much better.
