Too often. Last night I was intent on making some pinwheel blocks for a project. I made the 4 patch squares, not problem. Then the trouble started. Cut the first one incorrectly, before making the pinwheel. Cut the second one correctly, but the cutter slipped and at least on quarter is probably not going to work. Decided it was time to quit for the day. Will try again tomorrow. Sorry for your bad day, but this too shall pass.

I had some spools with the notch and my husband carved the notch out with his trusty little knife. I no longer buy those but at least I was able to use what I had without being frustrated. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day for you.

I am with you. I bought a quilt kit this past weekend and ended up cutting one piece of fabric too short. I was tired and should have stopped. What a mess!
