this is a really adorable quilt. I disagree with your assessment of never again making a quilt without a pattern--you did great so why stop now?

How do you do the circular pinwheely sort of block? I've seen it before and thought it was too complicated, but yours look so nice I think I'd give it a try.

The 3 layer pinwheel is a 6" block out of a book titled Rotary magic by Nancy Johnson-Srebro. She calls them poseys and they're not that hard to make, which is good for me. The pink and orange polka dots were so similar in tone they don't contrast well.
