Default Union Jack Quilt block pattern

Can anyone tell me where I can find a pattern for a Union Jack quilt block that is not foundation piecing? Thank you.

This is a whole lap quilt rather than just a block if that helps.

I've done the pattern twice it so easy. I donated both quilts to a raffle for a dog rescue organization in the UK.

Default Looking for a Union Jack Quilt pattern--full quilt size, not block size

I'm trying to find this pattern but it's no longer on Etsy. Do you remember the name of the designer so I can try to contact them to purchase a copy?
