glad you are having fun with your new "toy". I have had one for over 2 yrs now and just love working with it...the dies make cutting so much more accurate and now I can attempt patterns I would have shied away from before-winding ways, paying peter to pay paul, drunkard's path. I belong to two wonderul groups on Yahoo that are die cutter orientated....now also you can do machine embroidery for die cuts -there is a site for that too.........people there are great, ideas flow, and many questions answered......enjoy

Do you know if there are pieces to make a storm at sea?

I agree. Once I start cutting, I want to just keep doing it. Piles of squares makes me happy. :-)

I love my GO! They are a great way to get rid of your scraps and it's so easy to use. I would never get rid of mine!

I have done the same thing. I think I am afraid to tackle the learning curve.

I make invitations, party favors etc. and have hundreds and hundreds (and hundreds) of dies. I've been into quilting the last 2 years and love it for quilting.
glad to find another who has been using a die cutter as long as I have...only my choice has always been Ellison! I too have a lot of dies, BUT, I have always used mine for appliques!

Shame on you, basip, for not using it. If I had it, I wouldn't let it get neglected like that. I'm still saving for mine even though I am planning on waiting for a big sale.

Cheerio, they do have them on sale from time to time at JoAnn's and quite recently they had it for $199. I am saving to get mine the next time they do that.
