    When I do MQ, I notice that some areas tend to "pop" up more than the rest. Doing a meandering design. Has this got anything to do with my basting or the way I move the quilt under the machine? Need some advice on how to create a more even look. Thanks!

    Can you post a photo? Also, what brand and type of batting are you using?
