I've got the coloroplast boards cut and ready to go.
I've got the plastic coated large paper clips.
I've got the cake boards from Joanns with coupon.
I've got the comic book boards. 100 for $8 to cut in half for 200.
I've got the plastic paper clips.
I've got the milk crates.
I've got the pony tail holders.
I have an entertainment center to put it all in.
I've got everything suggested here on this board for organizing my stash except:
The motivation to get up and go do it!
I think I'm overwhelmed with looking at the 10+ plastic tubs I need to empty out.
Somebody give me a big push!
:-D :-D

Today would be a great day here in western Pa-dark, rainy and dreary (in other words, spring).
The last time I went through my fabrics and scraps I found some I don't remember ever purchasing. Where do those come from--quilting gnomes????
Get going and good luck--let us know if the gnomes visited your stash LOL.

Just start with one container at a time, when it is empty move on to the next one. Just think about how pretty it is gonna be when you are done. Oh an don't expect to get it all done in one day.

Eat the elephant one bite at a time. Set yourself a goal of having it all organized in xx days. See how much you have to do each day until then and spend some time each day to reach your daily goal. Post pics of your organized space.

It takes a lot of time to re wrap all the fabric. I did it a little at a time. I put the wrapped fabric on the shelf in no color order and it was easy to sort it after it was on the shelf. I bought a package of size 32 rubbber bands at WalMart and used them to hold the fabric on the boards. I haven't wrapped my fat quarters yet. How are the comic book boards? I haven't seen those but thought about ordering some.
