Is there any reason batiks can't be used in a baby quilt? Thanks for your help.

Just prewash the fabric as there tends to be more residual chemicals in batiks these days.

Yes you can use batiks in a baby quilt. This is a baby quilt on the cover of my first published pattern and it is made from batiks.

Absolutely no reason not to use them!
I made this one last year for a baby girl. :)
