I have a sewing/craft room that is 10 1/2 by 14 1/2. I just don't have enough room. I think the problem is I have too much stuff in there. Please show me pictures of your sewing rooms so I can get ideas about how to set up mine. I've just started quilting and am finding it takes up much more room than cross stitching.

I'm hoping to build a studio (separate structure) next year, so I can have everything in one room!

I'll be following this post. The last room to be finished in our rebuilding project is the guest/sewing room which is about the same size as your space. It's the only room is the house that had a closet originally so at least I have that going for me.

Wish my room was as big as yours. Mine is 7 x 6.5! Just enough to get some shelving in, a little table to hold my sewing machine and me!

I built shelves UP all along the walls of my sewing room, dropping the shelf down about 15" from the ceiling. I used corrugated board cut 6 X 10 inches and fold and wrap my fabrics around the boards. They stand up nicely, allowing my to SEE what is available.

Beth, I am *sooooo* jealous. What a great room. Mine is about the same size maybe smaller in the 14' range, but yours is so organized and cool looking.

Actually, I got this table at and estate sale. But, I did find it on the internet and it is a Roberts Brand. The large sewing table is also a Roberts. I got it at the same auction.
The cutting table is very strong. I think it was prices about 300.00.
