You might see different "last" issues of the newsletter depending on your internet service provider and the place in the list.
About a year ago, I noticed that a lot of e-mail is not being delivered. Because of all the spam out there, legitimate newsletters also get trapped in spam filters or simply get discarded by the internet service providers.
This gets especially bad if you send a lot of messages in a short period of time containing identical link to the same web page.
If a large e-mail provider (like Yahoo or AOL) receives 100 (or so) identical e-mail messages in a day, they would stop accepting any more e-mail from that source. So any subscriber after that gets cut off and doesn't receive an issue at all.
As a result, I started spreading the delivery of each new issue over about one week interval, so there are no peaks and e-mail doesn't get blocked.
On top of that, I started shuffling the issues so that they don't all contain the same exact link to one page. So this week, someone might receive an issue that you'll get next week, and at the same time, they'll get your issue next week. And if you signed up recently, you might even get an issue from two months back if there are a lot of other subscribers in the list using your service provider. As long as an issue is not marked as time-sensitive, it might get shuffled around a bit.
It's pretty complicated and took me a while to figure out how to do that without getting confused about who received what, but it turned out to be working pretty good.
There are several attempts by large internet providers to standardise e-mail authentication so that legitimate newsletters can identify themselves and end up being delivered without problems. But until that happens, we have to keep doing some shuffling. Otherwise, most people wouldn't get the newsletter at all.
It's really a pain in the a$$ to maintain a list this way. But there is currently no way around it.

You done good! I couldn't keep the pace of that system up, I'd forget. Being nearly 59 (two weeks, say it ain't so) I forget to much to often.
I'm wondering if I could assist with the archiving of the newsletters. But then I think I'm not bright enough in this changing world of computerese. I would love to offer my assistance in typing anything you'd like, though, if you have an archive site. I'm pretty good at following directions, (with written and drawings, honest, I can read!)
Course now, my good friend Patrice is a computer guru, she could help draw up the directions and tell me how to follow them. Right, pal???
Seriously, anything I can do to help with this great group just let me know. I love most of the folks here now. It's a pleasure to be able to learn things while having fun and you know I enjoy the newsletters I email you about them.
Patrice, can you copy and send the one with the forumula for the yardages??? I bet it came to me while I was away from the puter for awhile.........dang.

Man. AMNIN, I'm glad I don't have your job. It hurts my head to have to figure out complicated things. We appreciate all you do. Really. Do you have a name? And do you have an archive, or should I have been saving all of those newsletters?

I had a partial archive, but because of the shuffling, an archive would become a spoiler for some people because there is a possibility of a newsletter in an archive to become the "future" issue for someone who'd signed up recently.
I'm working on a comprehensive archive now, so as soon as I figure out a way to make it all work, I'll release it.
For now, the best way is to keep adding the issues you receive to the bookmarks in your browser. That way, you can always re-visit any of the pages.

if i don't forget, i'll post the link when i get home today. it's been a long week here at the office, so my brain is fried, but i'll try to remember.
i think sharon had better start a To-Do list for me because i have already forgotten everything she wants me to do. make a note, also, of the other things some folks are still waiting for from me. i know i owe Debbie something (and have it written down so i do remember what it is. just haven't been able to get to it yet.) and i need to research something (not written down, but i remember what it is. just can't remember who it's for. but that's written down somewhere, too.) if i owe anybody else, i think you'd better remind me. (unless i owe you money, in which case you are out of luck. i'm going fabric shopping tomorrow. nanner, nanner, nanner)
and i am going to laugh at kathy 11 times per hours until i get my teddy bear and chocolate. make that 12 times per hour. i really need that chocolate fix.
