What should I do?

I am finishing my first Quilt for Kids, and I went to my LQS to get the right amount of batting and to pick a binding fabric. Anyway, I lost the invoice somewhere along the way. :(

The instructions say that I have to mail that back with the quilt. What do I do? Can I include a letter with my information and approximate dates? Any ideas?

Have not done a Downy QFK, but what is the purpose of including the invoice? I'm sure I'd never have one handy, as I'd be doing it from stash anyway.

I think this is the one that sends you the fabric you just provide the batting and the work.

Hi,

go to this link and in the bottom left corner is a phone # and you can call them, I called them last week and they do answer the phone, and they can look you up by your name and address

Yes it is! It was really easy to put together. I wanted to do this for my first one, so I would know what they wanted. I'm sure the invoice is important for them to account for the fabric. I just sent them an email asking what to do. I'm sure there's a way around this, I just want to make sure I handle it correctly.

Hmmmm, I never received instructions like that, and I provided my own batting and such. Is this something new?

Thanks! I just sent them an email, but I'll do this if I don't get a response in a couple of days. I sent her my mailing addy in the email, so hopefully they can match it up easily.

I had lost my invoice when I was mailing back mine. I included a letter with all my information (and a box with 4 additional quilts!) and apologized for misplacing it. I assume they were able to check me off their list since I had received a reminder email that my due date was coming up, but no emails saying the quilts were late, so I'm guessing they found me in their system.
