Beautiful! I think the sashing will make the blocks pop?

It depends on the look that appeals to you. With the sashing the blocks are brighter, more defined-they pop. Without the sashing the blocks are more muted, blending into each other. So what look are you going for?

I can't decide. The blocks need to come live with me until further notice. I'm sure closer inspection would help me make up my mind.

I'm assuming (praying) this was paper pieced. Can you tell us who the designer is? I'm going to have to make one of these for myself.

I'd like to "pin" it to Pinterest -- do I have your permission?

I love it with the black sashing. In fact, I would also put black around each block. It would be very striking.

Sashing will work. It will make the blocks stand out. Great blocks.

I agree with the sashing people. I think it's prettier. The blocks are beautiful too!

The sashing gives the eye time to adjust to the next block. With so much movement in the blocks the eye needs a resting place. I would also add a small outer border, the same size of the sashing then the binding. To frame the quilt center! Lovely blocks! Luann in CT
