If you google Daisy Dash Quilt, there is a pattern on ebay: https://www.ebay.com/i/200618281137?chn=ps Maybe it is the same as what the person had in mind.

Since these are to be given away, I would make a QAYG string quilt with white center strips to make a lattice. No sashing used between blocks and use 1/4" seams ironed open, add backing and machine quilt in the ditch or down the center of the white strips. I've made several of these and they come out lovely. Ps Only Warm and Natural batting cut 1" larger than finished block size so you can trim to size.

Any recommendations on a simple scrappy quilt with a lot of white background? Something interesting looking but suitable for beginners.[/QUOTE]
A disappearing 4 patch would look nice with these fabrics. Use the white in every block. https://materialgirlquilts.wordpress...ch-a-tutorial/

Framed: My Most Popular Moda Layer Cake Quilt Tutorial By Silk Road Life
The pattern is basically a framed square using layer cakes. I used fat qtrs. and managed to get 2 more blocks vs using a 10 in. squ.
The quilt I made using this pattern will be going to our local guild show and I'm using it again for a QOV.
The quilt that is going in the show is the one I am keeping!!
