Default Patterns with 1 1/2 inch squares

When I started trimming all my scraps down so they were in usable pieces, I ended up cutting a lot of 1 1/2 inch squares. I started using them in a Jacob's ladder intending on using all of the little pieces up but now about halfway done with the top, I realized I have about 5 or 6 times the amount of squares to finish the quilt. Does anyone know of any patterns these little squares could be used in because I'm not going to throw them out.

What about the postage stamp quilt; I believe it takes 1 1/2" squares.

This video shows how to use 1.5" pieces to make a quilt from cross stitch patterns. I'm working on a rat one for my SIL.

Thanks for that link! It is an interesting technique that I have often thought about but didn't know if it was possible! Bookmarked it!
