Default quilt size

What size are doll quilts for baby dolls? I am making one and just wondering. It is around 23 1/2" or so now and wraps a doll but just wondering if it should be a little larger.

I was just wondering about a standard size that works well with baby dolls. Kinda like a good crib size is around the size of the crib mattress.

It depends on the size of the baby doll. 24x24 will fit most dolls but some need a little larger, some a lot smaller.
