Default Permanent Fusible

I am working with a "finished" quilt and my niece wants me to put some photos on the back of the "finished" quilt. Obviously, I cannot sew these photos down so I need a true permanent fusible product.

I have experimented with Pellon 805, however, it will not adhere to the quilt. I am able to easily pull it up and it feels as if the glut is still on the photo! Tried leaving the iron on it longer, fused it with the iron twice (with damp cloth for 15 seconds).

I have at least 8 photos of different sizes that have been professionally printed on fabric and I would like to not have to hand sew all these photos onto the backing.

Please help me with this project! Let me know your solution and whether or not you have tried to fuse onto the back of a quilt. FYI This is a memory quilt, which will be hanging on her wall. It will not be laundered but vacuumed. Thank you!

I am afraid I don't know of anything that sticks forever. As it is just going to hang on a wall, I think I would turn the edges under and just do a whip stitch around them to hold them on. It actually should not take too long if you do it while talking on the phone or watching TV. That is where I do most of my tedious stitching. Hopefully somebody will know of a product that will work for you.

I believe Steam-A-Seam is permanent.
