Default Perseverance always wins

I started this quilt about the same time I started quilting again, about 2013. I finally put the blocks together last year. It was so out of square, one edge was about two inches longer than the other. I said to heck with it and threw it into the scrap basket for about six months. I took it out last week and decided to go ahead and quilt it regardless. So. Of a gun, it's almost even now??? Go figure.

That is a really pretty quilt. I like how the careful placement of the red creates the design.

That is so pretty, and is that some little puppy dog faces in some of those pieces?

Well done! It just needed a time out in the scrap basket to smarten up.

That's terrific! You did a beautiful job. It's great that the quilt came out right.

One of the best things a person can do is walk away for a while. I am currently working on a snowman quilt that was started in January of 2015. It sat as a UFO twice, but this is a good thing as it gave me time to decide what I wanted to do with each block.
