I believe I have seen these on ebay. They were listed as a child sewing machine.

I saw one in an antique store in TX a few months ago but it was in horrible condition. That one looks very nice and in a case too.

I've just started collecting them...I am just mesmerized by them! They are only about 7" long by 5" high! They were for children to learn to sew "just like mom" !! They sew a pretty little chain stitch...getting needles for some of them are hard..but the singer needles are still around.. I just love them!

I've seen a few of these before - one I used when I was a child had aa hand crank like that but was a more modern machine.

Jim I saw this the other day and thought about going to look at it, as it's not far from me, BUT I cannot figure out the size. It looks just 2-3" in both directions, so I thought it was some sort of toy/ knick-knack/ etc. Are my eyes just deceiving me?

I love it!!!!!! Have several of these small handcranks but not like this one, and having the case is a huge bonus!!!!
