I have posted about my 3-D fabrics for making pillowcases and got so many helpful opinions that I thought I would try it with the Pirate fabrics. I am making pillowcases and just don't know what to put with these fabrics--Please help.
The first 2 are made by different manufacturers but I thought with something in between for the trim piece of the pillowcase that it might work--first one for body of the pillowcase and the second one for the band. I am laying out fabrics taking photos and will post later. Thank you in advance.

Thanks, I see you are from Chula Vista--I grew up in National City.

I can't seem to find anything to go with the maps fabric. All I have available is Timeless Treasure Marble Mania and solid black and solid red Kona cotton.

I like the one with the red, and couldn't you use some brown or tan blender for the top on the brown one with a black strip? Just a thought.

Cute fabrics! I like the case with the red trim. It really makes the boats pop. I saw some really cute skull & crossbones fabric at bugfabric.com that might work with the tan map fabric.

lauriejo--I was going to order the skull and cross bones too but it did not blend at all. Basically I ordered this fabric for a customer who is a teacher and her school's mascot (not sure that is the correct word) is the Pirates and she wanted this for her bulletin boards.
