Pretty sure I need to purchase this pattern!
I have googled everything I can think of without success. One pic of this runner lists Nancy Halvorsen as the designer, but I have googled that as well and not found the pattern. Perhaps it's in one of her books?

It appears your pattern is from the book Cottage Charms. Take a look at the smaller picture of the books back cover.
