Of the 4, I am torn between the gold one and the red one. Red speaks tradition, gold speaks elegance. Depends on what you decide for the sashing. I saw someone mention black,that could be very nice and then add the rich golds and reds. I think that would make a very elegant statement.

Of the three, I like the red best. A gold may look nice, but I don't care for that particular print. Good luck. I like your 'plates'.

The gold, b/c you didn't use gold in the plate. That makes it pop and it is beautiful.

#1 & 4 too much contrast and you see the center as the primary focus rather than the beautiful design. Either #2 or 3 look good, but I think the red flows and seems to tie it together better than the other. Or you could do some with one center aand 1/2 with the red center.
