This is a lovely quilt. I love your fabric choices and the prairie points complete it just right. Thank you for sharing.

I made a quilt once with folded fabric. It was an orgami type pattern. It really looked nice--then I washed it. All the folded parts came unfolded. I ended up throwing it out. I was really disappointed--it was very pretty before washing. Hope you have better luck.

What's the pattern name, I really like it.
Thanks a bunch! I'm pretty tickled with it. It takes me sooo long to finish anything. The quilt is called Chain Link & is from the book Link to the 30's by Kay Connors and Karen Earlywine.

Thanks to everyone for your kind comments. I'm gonna go ahead & wash it & see what happens. Don't know if I am up for ironing points, but we'll see.
Thanks for the info! Looks like I may be getting a new book.

Your quilt is gorgeous! Prairie points should be fine, possibly a light pressing after wash. Did you pre wash the fabric?

Nicely done ... and a perfect quilt to showcase prairie points!

As a kid I remember going to our local Fair, and ooing and awing at the quilts, particularly those with the prairie points. My Mom sewed, but didn't quilt, so I was in heaven looking at them.

Have done a few PPs, though not as a full border yet. It'll come! :)
