I recently subscribed to this magazine which I think is a great resource for primitive style of any fabric/needle art and I received two copies but then didn't get anymore. I called them and for some reason my subscription had been 'lost' so they graciously sent me the issue I didn't receive and automatically renewed my subscription for another year!! I'm very pleased with their service and didn't expect their generous offer and I certainly like their magazine!! tildiemae
