i used to do that before i got my frame.

i learned about it from caryl bryer fallert at her workshop on FMQ.

Wouldn't work for me. I cannot "find a stud" anywhere, much less in my ceiling. 8-)

Plus I have 16' high cathedral ceilings in the studio. :shock:
