I purchased a couple of yards of Choice backing fabric from Hancocks, because of a design I liked for that "shabby chic" look (small little blue flowers) I have not used it as of yet, but thought the quality seemed acceptible. Not terribly thin, and not stiff at all. It was reasonable I remember. Somewhere in the $10-$12 per yard as I recall, but can't say for sure. It was about a year ago.

I have bought wide backing fabric from Hancock's on their sale tables. Always great quality.

Beware of choice fabrics from Hancocks

I purchased this fabric, originally 16.00 per yard..Way too much. This was on sale for 10.99,.First time ever getting something of such poor quality from Hancock's of Paducah.
108 inches, marble, ....it is very stiff , just awful. Hancock's does not pay for returns....so now I have to drive to fed ex or PO to get an estimate, because Hancock's could not provide the postage paid.
Fabric cost 32.97. Just a guess from another package...this one will, cost 22.00 ..so now what? Hate to waste 22.00 or more. Very disappointed .NEVER BY CHOICE FABRIC.
