15 UFO of all kinds found

I was organizing my cabinets and found all this different stuff I have not finished. I need to get with it. Forgot about these items. They were hidden real good.

I have a few UFO's, also. Some I'll finish & others I may not. LOL

I can relate to that. When I reorganized I found lots of surprises.

My children just shake their head when they come into my sewing room. They say, "Mom, when you go to heaven, how many unfinished quilts will we find?" I just say, "just wait and see".

I ran across one of my UFO's that I thought might have been tossed by my son when he was helping me organize a while back....hooray....but there are those other billion ones I do know about and where they are...........

It is amazing the treasures we find when we go through things. I was glad to see when I opened this shoe box with a label on rail fence strips 2 x 6 1/2 that it was full. Thought it just had a few. Plan to make a soldier quilt with those. How nice that the strips are all cut.

I need to go through my things to find unfinished treasures too.

It is fun to "find" those UFOs and think about what to do with them ... that's what quilting is all about.

Look them over, you may be ready to work on them now. If not you can always put the pattern with the project and gift it to a charity shop.
