have twenty fat quarters for a quilt. ( all different colors ). I was going to do "Turning Twenty" but before I decide I was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions. I would prefer a fairly easy pattern, as this one has to be done by Christmas.

i made this quilt. You could get a twin size quilt from 20 fat qtrs. I used up fabrics i had on hand.

D9P is always great, quick and nice

Lucky Stars works up pretty quickly. You'd need to add background fabric, but it doesn't take too much. Here are some that I did.

Turning Twenty, Yellow Brick Road and D9P always look nice too and are also quick.

I started a yellow brick road 8/2/10 and had it completed by 8/22/10. Yellow brick road is my favorite pattern. :-)

Yellow brick road or Lucky stars work up real fast.

I did this one in one day. I used 17 FQ's.

exactly..

just make sure the center of the 9 patch is all the same color in all the blocks..the others can be scrappy. i am not sure of the reason why, but that is how we do them...

to me it resembles a Turning twenty...when done scrappy.

Summer Porch from "Quilt through the Seasons" by Eleanor Burns would make a pretty quilt.

I've used the following pattern. It is extremely quick and easy. In fact, by doing a little math you would not even need the pattern. It is so adjustable for size also.
