The gentlemen who own and run this shop are wonderful. I visited the shop last weekend when my husband and I were in the Phoenix area. The owners were very helpful.

I really liked the large collection of civil war reproduction fabric. This type of fabric is not available in the shops I frequent in Albuquerque. Of course, I purchased a bit of fabric (not a lot, I used self control) to use in a quilt I'm going to make for my FIL.

Well, I changed my mind on the pattern and need more of the fabric than I purchased. I called the store, they remembered me, and without any qualms, let me order more of the fabric over the phone.

I'm so excited and impressed. This is the first time I've dared to ever purchase fabric over the phone; I've never even ordered online. Needless to say, even though I live in Albuquerque, I likely will order more fabric from them.

Your description intrigued me, so I looked for a website for them. They do have one and it also has free patterns on it!
I do visit Phoenix, and I will definitely check them out! Thank you.

They were one of the shops that was new on the Maricopa Shop Hop last fall. All of the staff there was great when I visited then. Just wish they were on my side of town. I have one of their free patterns from the hop and I have been looking at the directions while sitting here at my computer (it's in a file right next to the monitor). I just haven't figured out what material I want to use yet. Theirs was done in blues/white fairy frost fabrics and it was beautiful. Simple pattern, but striking when together.

Glad you had a great experience in one of our great shops!
