Heads up.... when printed paper piece came up under 6 1/2 center block, changed properties till found where would adjust size ended up at 110% for a 6 1/2 center measurment.

Old rule just saved my tail... measure twice cut once !! :)

Can't work on mine till after the weekend, I am working all weekend and have out of town guests coming Saturday. So will post when done on Monday or Tuesday. Looks like a fun block. Haven't done PP in a long time.

It seems we have lost most of the challengers, so I am thinking about discontinuing the challenges after the 3rd. Maybe they were too easy? Difficult? Boring? Several had asked for easy blocks, so I tried to accomodate - but then those people did not post! Oh, what is a "witch" to do?? If anyone would like to take over, feel free! Thank you C Cal and Kate for participating in the 3rd Block Challenge!

I have mine finished, just haven't gotten around to posting a picture, first have to take one lol. This challenge was way easy, would like more challenging blocks. lf you still want to continue this, it has been fun! Thanks "Witch" for your time in this.

That was using up 2 fabrics from the stash. There will be no more blocks like these. I am however making blocks for a sampler and it can be used in that.

I lost this thread again! I think the forum gave up on me but I found you. Here is my attempt, I have never PP before so this was a learning experience. It's not perfect but it's mine!

haha - yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyes! I am posting another "challenge" this morning. To be honest, I have been TRYING to make them more challenging as we progress. My friend, "friendly quilter", started just about the same time as I did quilting, but she stayed steady - while I became frustrated and gave up. She is SO FAR ahead of me - anyway, I digress....
This morning, you will see another challenge - the 4th we are up to now. Make one - any color this one is 12" paper piecing which would make one HECK of a quilt! If you DO choose to make a quilt from it, please let us see. each block of a different color would be SUPER! - Remember - practice makes PERFECT! I will post under "4th Block Challenge" - Let me know how you like it!
