Local sewing machine dealer is moving; I decided I could spend the token "pay" from working at the polls Tuesday, and managed to get out of there for $93 of the $100 limit I had set. That was bout 60 yards! (Anybody not too fussy about the print can ask me to send her some top quality fabric for really cheap.) YAY!! Sounds like you had a wonderful day!! I'm so happy for you!! |
I bought fabric today at Jo Anns and had a 20% off coupon for sale and regular priced items about 17 yards and an ironing blanket, spent 110.00 and saved 38.71 not too bad. I needed blacks, green and browns to go with fabrics I already have, going to be making about 5 guy quilts, I use lots of those colors. This was really not much for me to buy or spend. DD set herself a limit of 50.00 and with her 20% coupon it came to 49.00, she has more will power than I have.
I saw a bunch I liked but, didn't buy them all. |
