6" star block?

i've been googling and looking and i am coming up with star blocks that are much too large for my project.

i am looking for a 6" finished square block with a pieced, preferably 5 pointed star. would really prefe not to do applique or fusing work.

any awesome suggestions?

Have you tried quilterscache.com? You can select by block name or size. Maybe check the 6" blocks to see if they have what you are looking for?

How about paper piecing. Here is one

A 5 point star is going to be harder to come by than an 8 or 6 pointer.
Here's some you can look thru.

I found several by googling "5 point star paper pieced"
I think this is the link

If the link doesn't work try googling. A paper pieced pattern can be enlarged or reduced to the size you want.

I agree with NJ Quilter. Check out quilterscache.com. They have blocks in alphabet, and also in different sizes.

All the above are great. Maybe you have a friend with EQ who could help you with this. It is easy to resize in EQ.
