An Abby Bag is a pin cushion and trash/scrap bag all in one. The pin cushion sits on the table and the bag hangs over the edge. Extremely convenient! I need to find the pattern.

very nice and hope you do well raising money

Those are really cute!
Here's a free tutorial for one that's similar: http://teddiesbylauralynn.com/free-p...d-Catcher.html You could make the pincushion any style you want - make it uniquely yours. |
I see the lady live in Salida CO close to me.I might have to make one of those.

Here's a really nice tutorial:
http://www.merrimentdesign.com/pincu...ad-catcher.php This is the same style that a dear friend made for me a few years ago. It's a very useful gift. Here's another neat one: http://sewmamasew.com/blog2/2009/03/...abric-focus-3/ Take your time looking through this one - lots of neat patterns including a wrist pincushion: http://www.with-heart-and-hands.com/...-patterns.html |
I have the same book as quilted dogs, and I made the bag with the sand filled pin cushion it is great, easy to make, and not much fabric needed.
