What is a good paperback fusible?

Steam a seam is expensive and wonder under doesn't stick to the paper very well before it is fused.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I've used Heat n Bond before with success. But the applique doesn't seem to be as supple as with Steam a Seam. I'm not sure if it's cheaper.

I use heat'n bond lite, but I always finish my edges with either the satin stitch or buttonhole stitch.

I've had a lot of problems with Wonder Under not staying with the paper, too. When I asked at the fabric shop, they said it was because I stored it too long. Not sure how true that is, but I think the last time I bought it, it was made by Pellon and just fine.

I use the Wonder Under. I have only had one batch of it not stay together.

Hummm, maybe I got a bad batch then.

Thanks :D

Like many above, I use Heat N Bond Lite. Best of luck with your project.
