for those who own eq and have a tablet or are getting the new wi dows tablet do can you put eq or other quilting software on it?

Depends on what kind of tablet it is, and what the specs are. It will not work on an iPad. I'd hazard a guess that it would probably work on the new Windows "Surface" except that machine is running Windows 8 and I don't know that EQ can run on Windows 8.

Short answer - your best bet is to contact EQ, who has excellent customer service, and ask them.

EQ7 can run on Windows 8, but I don't know about the older versions. They just sent out an email about it.

I put EQ6 on my little Notebook. It is great to play around with while waiting in an airport. Watching all the people, colors, and designs can be very inspiring.

I also take it whenever I am away from home more than 1 nite.
