How hard is it to make a t-shirt quilt? Does the stretch create a big problem?
My BIL wants me to make one, but I'm leaning towards no because of the stretch. |
You are just full of questions tonight!!!
Remember that cheap lightweight fusable interfacing I suggested you use for joining batting pieces? Open up the shirts, iron the fusable to the backs of the t-shirt fronts, then cut to the size you want. |
Yep, just like Shelley says. It's really easy.

Shoot, I never thought of that! Yep, I can be full of questions
Thanks ya'll :D Is it hard to quilt it? |
I am interested in doing a t-shirt quilt so I am following all the answers...

Jackie and I are both longarmers, so my answer is yes....I have never quilted one on a DSM.

Here's a site with free instructions. Maybe that will make it a little easier for you.

Thanks, I haven't decided if I will make it or not. My BIL wants me to make one for his daughter for a wedding gift from her T's but I'm chicken.
