Clear plastic? The cutting mats are translucent plastic (you cannot see through them).
the clear plastic is thin like xray film...they told my husband I would need it..but I can't figure out what for. Thank you for the link though..I will read it. =)
The only use I can think of for that would be for positioning applique shapes. It is not necessary for cutting the shapes.
