Great idea!! I bet you could use some blue see through graft paper to stick to the back of them!! Thanks for the idea!

I will prefer mine clear....no grafting paper...but, that is a great idea!

But when you're trying to square up (a ton of) odd-sized blocks, like 13.75" (for whatever reason), it's certainly worth the money for a square that exact size. I used to go a local Lucite place to get them cut, but they went out of business.

I also did not know that Lowe's cut plexi to size. I will definitely be stopping by.

Thanks for the heads-up.

Your VERY welcome! They cut it any size you want!

I never thought of doing that! What a great idea. I would like to have one for each common block size...

They have always cut mine to any size I wanted before. The last time that I went there the lady very rudely told me that they only have to cut it once. I need it cut a few times. She cut it twice and before I could say I needed the length shorter she pretty much ran away.

WOW! I didn't have a problem at all.....she made 2 cuts on each of my tempates.....she was very nice about it too! She even asked why I wanted the sizes I asked for...I did tell her for quilting....now in hind sight......maybe they will raise the prices....or be out of stock...much like Harbor Freight and the carpet blades for the rotary cutters!

Heck, most of my furniture is made from store cut lumber! LOL.
Thanks for the tip. I'll batt my eyes at the acrylic cutter and get myself some templates!
