Either way. Do you want the quilt a little larger or are you satisfied with the size without it? I almost always add a border. I feel that it is the frame for the picture.

Very pretty quilt!

I like it best with the border but see the little gap between the border & the quilt on the right side (where the wall shows through)? Just at first glance I thought you had a strip of fabric there. I think it would be pretty with a very narrow border (say about a 3/4") & then the final border & then the binding. I think I would make the binding and the very narrow border the same fabric.

I like the border and the idea of a bright binding.

I just love this quilt!!! It is so very pretty. I vote add border. I hope you show it when it is finished, I would love to see it with the quilting.

I agree border....and I like yours.

I like the light border you have pieced. It frames the bright quilt and give a softness to this quilt. Love the fabrics you picked!

I would add the border but it will look nice either way.

Another vote for border. Maybe a thin inner border - the right hand side shows the wood - if that were a border strip in one color, then have binding to match it may enhance it. Love your fabrics!
