Hi,

In case any Bernina owners are having trouble getting a perfect 1/4" seam with either or both of these presser feet (#37 and/or #57), I just came across a short tutorial telling and showing exactly where we need to be lining up our fabric to achieve the best results possible.

Hope someone finds this helpful. :D

Yeah, I did something similar once when I moved my needle position over...  :( Fortunately, I didn't damage anything. Sure gave my heart a start when the needle jammed down on the presser foot, tho.

I like my needle just one click to the right, and then I get a scant 1/4 inch. It moves just slightly, so it don't break needles. That tutorial does help. Thank you.

I was taught to watch the fabric(or whatever guide you use) under presser foot not the needle. Needle isn't going to change what it is doing.
