I'm new. I'm learning a lot slowly! :-) Would someone please tell me the meaning of all the acronyms used for the quilts and other related topics? UFO, etc. etc., etc.

WELCOME Briar Rose! This is an excellent site to learn lots of things - quilt related and otherwise. Why just the other day I learned how to enlarge the text on the computer screen. (hold CONTROL and roll the mouse wheel).

Take your time and read around the QB (Quilting Board). No hurry here! ;)
