I figure it's a healthy addiction!! I love this board!
Same here.
Isn't that the way this is suppose to work?!!
Count me as one of the addicts also ;-)
Me, too! I get so involved in looking around this site....time just goes away.
You're not the only one, I can guarantee you  I've learned so much here to make my quilting time easier and less stressful (due to ignorance!), I can't even begin to tell you. I go to a site recommended here, get excited with the info, save it, and from there am led to yet another site with even more extraordinary tips, save that - finally I come back here and pick up more tips, or have a laugh or two and see some pretty inspirational pictures of quilts you all have done. Where else could I have such a good time-free of charge!
I am as guilty of this as you are. What can we do??????? :)
I replied to this over TWO hours ago and then continued to enjoy myself here. I think I have finally seen and read everything for today!
Me too!
Not me!! NOPE!!! I am not addicted to this site. I only come here 4 or 6 times a day, and only when I WANT to. I can stay away any time I really want to. I just don't want to. LOL
In reality, if it weren't for this site, the breaks from my projects I am forced by my body to take would be very difficult to tolerate. Being on here makes the time fly by and I can get back to my sewing/cutting before I know it. |
I love it here
I turn on my computer usually to get a quick check in my mail before heading off to my sewing room, running errands or getting ahead on laundry. Then I notice the quilt board and think I'll just spend a few minutes here. Before I know it and hour or more has passed and I haven't accomplished a darned thing. I have to check everything -- all the pictures and show and tell and then I peek at the recipes.
Oh, no, it's happening again! |
Me too.
right there with ya
I Do The Same thing I Have to Check All the time I don't want to miss any thing.
I am terrible about getting on here when I should be doing something else. Ooops!
I have had withdrawal symptoms for days...we are tearing out our old kitchen including the old small window....our home is in total chaos...and I haven't been able to "check in" here so I've just stopped by to chill and catch up...Was supposed to be for half an hour but I've gone over that. But I do feel refreshed, brighter and had a bit of a "quilting fix"...I am now signing off and getting back to the job!
Hahahaha, you are funny.

Meeeee Tooooo.....On Wednesday, I am going to give my quilt club members this website, so their house work will be as far behind as mine is.

I need to take my mini computer into the sewing room so I can read up while I sew - if I can find an empty spot to put it ! :-D
