Some old time quilters, say you should make a oopp's in your block, as we are not perfect.

It is your fabric which ever side you like is the one you correct side. I used which ever side fits the time I need it.

If you don't tell, we wouldn't know..... Batiks are 2 sided, or at least I can't tell the front from the back after I get it home. So use the side that works best for you.

Definitely not wrong. I have a friend who buys sales fabric Christmas and Halloween and uses the back. Her quilts are so beautiful!
|
as my brother would say "who's going to know the difference" and my respond is "me" but I too have used the back side as well as the front in the same quilt....go for it

Giving yourself permission to use the backside means you've just doubled the size of your stash! __:-)___
|
think of it as "the other right side"

front or back. whatev er you like better. Shhh. Don't tell the Quilt Police! LOL

When I took it up to be cut I opened it up from the bolt and the backside of it was the white on white and I loved it but it is THE BACK SIDE of the material! My question is would it be wrong to use the back side as the front? I really like it so much better that the front. I really need help on this.
