Quiltingboard Forums - Ami Simms String Star Quilt (Online Class)

Many of you know about Ami Simms, the originator of the Alzheimer's Art Quilt Initiative and also a quilting teacher. This morning I received Ami's newsletter and she mentioned that another session of her online class, String Star Quilt, was starting today. I completed her class the last time it was offered and it was great! You can either work along with the class or go at your own pace, so even though the class started today, it would not be too late to sign up. I also remembered that I had never posted a picture of my finished quilt top from the class, so here it is. This was a really FUN project and I especially loved learning how to do the mitered border. It's about 36" square total.
