Another Great Customer Service Story!
I just wanted to give kudos to Hancocks Paducah for their great customer service.
I ordered several fabrics and a 2-yard cut of a batik was wrong -- same maker and line but wrong color. I e-mailed them and the next day got an e-mail back telling me to please keep the 2 yards that was wrong and they'd send the correct fabric to me. Well, not only did they send it, but it arrived the very next day via Fed Ex. I've ordered from them several times and have never gotten an order that fast, so think they must have upgraded the shipping to get the correct item to me quickly. I appreciated the great customer service and wanted to share with everyone! |

I have been ordering more from them since they offered the $5.00 flat shipping charge (some exceptions). They have yet to make an error on my orders but they seem so professional. I needed a half a yard purchase only and they lowered the shipping cost to $2.00 and got it right out. I appreciated that service. I don't like it when additional fees that are added onto my purchase.
