Any Canadian on line fabric stores?

I am having a difficult time finding an online canadian fabric shop, does anyone order from one that is good to deal with. I have to admit most times I end up order from the U.S. and have to pay crazy shipping, but can not find it here in Canada. Thanks for any help.

:D:DAnd you don't pay crazy shipping in Canada?:D:D

I don't do much online ordering, but when shipping parcels, I find I usually pay as much or more from Canada to Canada ... than similar ones that come to me from the USA.

Will be interested to see if anyone posts any good Canadian options!

This is the shop in our neck of the woods and she does a huge on-line business & is very pleasant to deal with. http://www.hamelsfabrics.com/

This is another shop in our area (bought my machine there) who has a huge on-line business https://www.agreatnotion.com/sewing_..._online_store/

Not as much as an order coming across the border. My last order, which I wanted very badly the actual order and the shipping charges were equal.

Sometimes it is cheaper to have it delivered to a UPS mail box in the States (if you live close to the border) and then go and get it yourself.

Sew sisters in Ontario http://www.sew-sisters.com/ There is also "My fabric spot"- Ontario. And, "Mad about Patchwork" - Ontario. All reliable with reasonable shipping charges.

I live in Australia and still find it cheaper to buy from the States than here. I make sure that I buy enough to fill the flat rate mailer. If they can send 10 yards of fabric for $25.00 it only adds $2.50 per yard which is still cheaper than buying it here!

I want to echo this one. Sew-Sisters has free shipping if your order is over $100. I've ordered from them many times - they are very quick, friendly if you have to call to change something on your order, and reliable. Haven't had anything shipped from madaboutpatchwork.com (they are local to me), but I know the owner. Very professional and her site says free shipping within Canada for orders over $150.
