Specifically, Salt Lake City, Price, Torrey, Pocatello and Hot Lava Springs? Going to see all the wonderful sites, and just didn't want to miss any gems that may be hiding out there!

If you decide to come further into Idaho (You should visit Shoshone Falls), Rupert has The Gathering Place(right on the city square) which is a really nice shop and I think it is the largest quilt shop in Idaho.

I LOVE going to SLC for the quilt stores, and oh, yes, to see the Grandkids too! My favorites are:
Quilt Etc. 11 East Main Street, Sandy, UT 84070 801 255-2666. (corner of State and Main) This is south of SLC. Also in the southern part of the valley:
Fabric Center 9135 South Redwood Rd West Jordan, UT 84088
801 561-8726. They are somewhat more affordable than Quilt etc.
I have found better better fabrics even at Hancock, Walmart, etc than most other places. Lots of quilters in Utah! Have a great trip.

Well, I only got into one fabric "store" and that was the Walmart fabric department in Price, Utah. What great fabric they had, I got two yards of each, knowing that was enough for any projects that might need such colorful stuff. Found the blue after the turquoise was cut, and that was okay. What isn't great is the fact that I have 7 great rainbow fabrics, and not 8 or 9.

So my question is, is there anyone in Price Utah that would like to go look for fabric for me? I'll pay shipping and fabric cost if you can find me any other colors in this family of fabrics! I'd love a yard or two of a yellow green or pink or different purple. Or let me know where the fabric came from, I didn't get the manufacturer or the series or anything, I was dazzled by the fabric!

Thanks!
