Any information about a Columbia Sewing Machine

I have a friend to gave me a Columbia Sewing Machine. It is in really decent shape, needs a be;t, a few minor things but I can't find any information about it on the internet. Does anybody have any information on this machine??

It's probably a "branded" machine. Companies would buy Singers or other standard machines and simply place their name on it. What you should do is view images of vintage machines (Google "vintage sewing machine" and then click on "images") to try to find a photo of a machine that looks like yours. That will give you the actual brand and model if you can find something that looks similar.

I'm sorry, I think the terminology is "badged" machine.

that's a good idea. I need to get a belt for it and need to figure out what it is.
