Anyone Know this Company?

I got an email from this company today and they have beautiful looking batiks for good prices... I have never heard of them and wondered if any of you have bought their fabrics and can tell me if it's good quality. Thanks!

I ordered from there last month and love the fabrics! They are nicer quality for the money than I expected. I am somewhat of a batik snob...I usually only want the big brands...but these are very nice! Service was great also, quick delivery.

Keep in mind that these are 1/2 yard prices. Just reminding. :)

I also wanted to tell you the same thing about the half yard. good thread weight on these cotton.

Thanks... good to know! I did realize the price was $9 a yard... but even that isn't bad for good batiks.

I ordered from them just a few weeks ago and I'm happy with the fabric. I emailed them to see if the two jelly rolls I wanted had any duplicates in them, and they responded promptly that there was just one fabric duplicated. I appreciated that information and went ahead and ordered.

I love their batiks.

Never ordered for them before but will definitely be taking a look. Thanks for the link and my husband is just thrilled that you shared. LOL

Just visited their web site for the first time -- how nice that they have their batiks arranged by color! Seems like many online company just lump their batiks into one category and you have to scroll through all of them, and be tempted by all of them, if you're looking for a specific color. I've added it to my "Fabric" page on Pinterest so I'll be able to find it again.

Thanks sewbizgirl for starting this thread. I took a look and will be going back to this new-to-me website when I have more time. I usually buy batiks in half-yard cuts anyway, price is good, worth trying.

I have not used their fabrics, but I do order frequently from http://www.thousandsofbolts.com Their fabrics are priced per yard and everything I have gotten is very high quality. I always go there instead of my LQS. Jane

$18 a yard for batiks???? Plus shipping and taxes? Sounds like they should come over to your house and iron it for you for that price! They must be way nicer than Hoffman and Kaufman.
I guess I better check it out! :)

They always email me so far I have not ordered any thing.

caspharm 10-19-2013 03:45 PM

I agree; $9 a yard for batiks is a good price. Thanks for the link.

I've ordered yardage, fat quarters, and jelly rolls from them and they have all been vibrant colors and excellent quality. Their service is first rate and delivery is always prompt.
